About Us
Warrior's Hoof Haven was founded by Dalton Schmit, a US Army veteran and his wife Caitlin. As a father of four and a husband, He understands the importance of connection and support in times of struggle. He's dedicated to helping reconnect veterans and providing them with experiences that help them heal and rediscover purpose.
Through Warrior's Hoof Haven, we plan to achieve this by offering veterans the opportunity to engage in equine therapy, outdoor activities, and community-building experiences. Our goal is to provide a safe space where veterans can bond with others, find peace, and ultimately work toward reducing veteran suicide. By giving them the tools to heal through meaningful experiences, we aim to create a lasting impact in their lives.
